1. Engagement Protocol
How do we ensure mutual success? By defining the scope clearly. Borealis Quality provides professional QMS consultancy services precisely as detailed in your specific Project Proposal.
Any deviations or "scope creep" will require a formal amendment. We don't do guesswork; we do standards.
2. Liability Limits
We provide the blueprint, but you own the implementation. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is strictly limited to the total fees paid for the specific service phase.
Clients are responsible for the final accuracy of operational records and internal compliance and safety standards.
3. Data Integrity
Your trade secrets are safe with us. We treat all client data as strictly confidential under UK GDPR regulations.
Ever wondered if we share your process maps? Never. Our consultants are bound by rigorous non-disclosure agreements from day one.
4. Financial Terms
Invoices are issued as per the milestone schedule. Standard payment terms are 14 days from date of issue. Late payments may result in work suspension.
We value efficiency, and that includes the administrative side of our partnership. No delays, just progress.
Note on ISO Certification
While Borealis Quality guarantees that our systems meet the requirement for certification, the final award is granted by the independent Accredited Certification Body. We don't grant certificates; we build the excellence that earns them.
